It’s the summer of 2011 and the ACB is having a meltdown of biblical proportions, creating a scenario in which each player becomes a free agent in the NBA. Sorry Nash, Kidd and Billups, but services are not needed here.

1) Raymond Felton – Who would have thought Raymond Felton completed this list a year ago? Apparently, Donnie Walsh, Mike D’Antoni and the company did when he signed a two-year $ 15.8 million last summer. Felton leads all owners in MPG (6 th overall), recording an impressive 38.9. What makes it even more impressive is that D’Antoni does run uptempo points, the NBA by playing offense. An average of 18.2 and 8.7 to go with almost 2 steals a game that seems to be a perfect fit in New York and in my fantasy team. However, their inability to finish around the basket and shoot a high percentage of the bottom is what separates it from the top of the class.

2) Tyreke Evans – one of only four players in history to average at least 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in his rookie season (Oscar Robertson, Michael Jordan and LeBron James were the other three.) Easy to see why he took the Rookie of the Year in 2009-2010. Evans also may tend to lack of commitment and maturity in the field out of it, falling on him to step 9.

3) Stephen Curry – Apartment the best point guard in the NBA draft. Hands down, period. With a quick trip and money in the pot that is deadly from downtown, 44%, and the line where it is likely that this is a shooter in the career of 90%. Where it usually takes years to master, Curry in a step to the right when running the pick and roll all his life. His lack of size and ability to reach the line is the only thing that lets you get on this list.

4) Tony Parker – No. 7 on the list is Tony Parker. As long as your name is not Eva Longoria or Brent Barry, who would like to have this kind of run the program. The three-time champion and NBA Finals MVP 2007, Parker has shown he can play at the point of the season.

5) Russell Westbrook – freakishly athletic with a lot of mouth. Couple with his athletic ability and large you can see why the whole base is the leader in rebounds, in a tone less than five per game. The only thing Westbrook back from being one of the NBA great facilities right now is his jump shot. His shooting percentage, .436, is too low for someone to come to the edge more often than Westbrook. That said, we have seen glimpses of greatness in the World Championship last summer. Westbrook took over for periods of time with a team full of perennial All-Stars.

First, I want to put the issue into perspective by describing the condition that has not had a budget for the film “was blind, unable to navigate, without hope of avoiding total destruction.”
